    After a long week and long days of chatting me for the interview Its always cancel because of me but yet they dont give up and always give me a schedule and i always declined after many days of training i fully got a confidence to apply for work and this agency got so many patient and still give me another shot and i decided to walk in forinitial interview and guest what?     Good that this agency is very supportive through out the process but best if the requested info by them during the initial process is already sent/encoded to the system of client BPO company to avoid duplicate/redundant info encoding by the applicant. Process Optimization is the key pls collaborate with your BPO comp clients. Thanks
