The Australian leadership, under Sir Brendan and Sir Garry, genuinely prioritizes the well-being of all employees, fostering a family-like environment. The management team has implemented house rules that are both practical and beneficial, striking a balance between discipline and positive outcomes. The office ambiance is conducive to productivity while also ensuring comfort. I particularly appreciate the company’s commitment to employee engagement through various activities such as Joy Club, Steps Challenge, Biggest Loser, Sports Fest, Social Club, Team Building, and other celebratory gatherings. Additionally, the weekly treats on Wednesdays and Fridays bring a sense of joy to our hearts. I extend my heartfelt thanks to Boutique Outsource Solutions for creating such a wonderful workplace.

The open-door policy also made it easy to approach management with any concerns or ideas. Moreover, they focus on creating a supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and inclusivity, ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected.

Most of BOS clients encourage work-life balance. BOS also introduced some fun activities that help employees enjoy while in the office. They have board games, play station and television. Apart from these, BOS also has regular activities that help maintain its fun-working environment.Although, some people might find its policies strict.

They prioritize a friendly culture in the business and provide time to build rapport through social events for employees. Every Friday, they host a Joy Club with snacks and games. Theyve introduced a new feedback box to listen to employee suggestions. They enforce strict break and time policies, but the working hours are favorable because they follow Australian time, allowing for early shifts. This years team building event at Enchanted Kingdom was outstanding. I had a great time enjoying rides with my colleagues after the program.

I would say one of the best working environments that Ive been a part of. They promote work-life balance through their different engagements like the Weekly Joy Club, the Team Building, the Year-End Party and the Social Club. HR rules may be strict but I find it as a way to have a great and harmonious working environment. I find the people very friendly and the office set-up very laid. I am very thankful and very proud to be an employee of BOS.

Boutique Outsource Solutions practices good moral values and good work ethics. They always look after their employees and makes sure that they are comfortable in the work environment. Sir Garry and Sir Brendan don’t treat their employees as “workers” they treat everyone as a “family”.

Free Rice - Fried Rice in the morning, Free Coffee & Milo - ice are free too (you just get some in the fridge), once a month free 15 minute massage, free ice cream or taho every wednesday, free use of amenities such as consoles, free snacks on Joy club (held every friday 2:30pm). There are also free medicine and first aid kits (vitamin c - included) for employees health.Regarding the HR/Admin team, all of them are easy to get along with, they are supportive and would take suggestions and consider them seriously - this goes for the IT team as well which you can easily reach out whenever you require technical assistance.

I love the effort they put in to make it a fun environment such as social clubs and joy clubs, Year End Parties, team building activities, free massage & food, etc. They really consider the welfare of their employees.
