Me and my cousin first went to HPD Taft-Malate Branch. We were told that their UTZ for that day was already full. Reyjean Velasco, the customer care specialist of that branch was kind enough to call HPD-Kalaw Branch and endorsed us for UTZ that day. We then went to HPD Kalaw and was entertained right away. The receptionists and staff were all nice except for the Sonologist, Ma. Clarita Español, who was a little irate at that time (she was probably having a bad day). Anyhow, I was pleased with my overall experience with HPD and I would definitely RECOMMEND this facility to all my colleagues. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! Oh by the way, your online app isnt working. Tried to login to see my results using my last name and PID, however, it did not work. I hope you can do something about it but other than that. GREAT JOB JOB YOU GUYS👍🏻 KUDOS!!!🎊🎉🎖

Please seriously consider to have the lab results sent via email, website or app when it is available. The clinic wanted me to come back personally just to get it and yet it was not ready at the appointed time.Guard and attending staff are diligent and disciplined to enforce Social Distancing and Disinfecting guidelines.The attending doctor is considerate and the staff acted with care.

Clean, organized and efficient services. They have a guard and the place is properly organized. The receptionist is very polite and explained every procedure that would be done and what are the processes. The Xray machine malfunctioned and the attendant was apologetic and gave us a heads up of whats happening. Some establishment would just leave you waiting without a clue. They assisted me too in easing the tension and anxiety of my 3 year old son as we go on to the procedures.

I went there at 7am. I asked the security guard about the steps since it’s my first time.I gave my registration and request form to the staff immediately and was accommodated with good service. To emphasize and to commend JOY FRENSNILLO as a helpful and friendly medical staff/nurse. Hi- Precision Diagnostics by its name is a place where you will be assured of quality service. Thank you!

They have a systematic and disciplined way of handling the queue during the pandemic. I waited in line for about 15 minutes to get a chest X-ray, and the results can already be claimed just 2 hours after.

Our branch is the best for skin. They are very kind to clients, old and young, they all assist with a smile :) and are fast. The lab is clean. They are. All in all very organized. I wont be able to go back because our company has chosen me. Keep it up guys!
