If you’re planning to have your APE sponsored by your company, this is a good diagnostic clinic to have it. I finished everything in less than an hour. Staff are very nice, the whole process ran smoothly for me.

I think the idea of designating staff with medical background in reception or in receiving counter is perfect, in this manner the process gets done practically easy and systematically. The staff would ask if you prepared for the procedure e.g. fasting and the like. But, do remind them also especially if you are already on queue because everybody is committed attending to every client.

Very approachable staffs. The way they give instructions are very clear with accommodating way of instructing. The clinic is very clean and organized. The Doctor is very professional, the way she talk, give recommendations and ask questions related to physical examination process. ✔️✔️✔️

I did visit the place exactly after lunch and was amazed that the reviews Ive been reading from earlier regarding the line is very long isnt present during the time.. so i guess its best not to go here during rush hour.. though i find it somewhat slow for the attendees in each window to process anything though im not one to judge how they tackle every command on their computer, anyway still hp is a good diagnostics center that you can go to have your labs and then see your trusted doctor about your results...

Staff are approachable, friendly. Instructions are provided properly and they check from time to time what tests/procedure yousl still need to accomplish. Facility is also clean and well lit.

THINGS I LIKE IN THEIR SERVICES:1. They have PRIORITY LANE for Pregnant Women, PWDs and Senior Citizens.2. MedTechs were trained very well. Blood extraction isnt painful at all.3. The place is well-lit and well-ventilated.4. Laboratory Teste, Imaging and Packages are affordable.5. They have available online results.6. Theyre courteous, warm, and friendly.

As soon as you enter, the Guard will greet you. They are organized. Queuing system is good. Sir Irvin took care of me today. Good morning, my request was attended to immediately, the procedure was explained, my setting of expectations for when I would get the result, and my congratulations at the end. Thats the kind of person everyone should be an example of! the one who got the blood I didnt feel any pain because he could really talk so I didnt realize that the blood extraction was over. Hi precision is cheap and the service is very good. There is no need to go and pay a lot at MMC and st lukes global!
