Staff are really nice and helpful. Wait times are not as long as other branches. Might possibly be the best experience I had so far.

Went on a holiday for some blood tests. Staff were courteous and efficient. Queue was quick from registration to blood extraction. My phlebotomist was very skillful. Arguably one of HP’s best branch.

Good services, clean, etc, the other services are as fast as anything, but if you have an appointment for the physical exam on the second floor at the doctors clinic, be prepared to wait 2 hours even if you arrive at 6 hours, and if you arrive later you will still wait.
