5🌟 for an amazing renowned/ developed place from the Korean public bath house and sauna before the pandemic to middle scale wellness hub in Makati.Just noticed that the hub was newly operated last week of February on my dine-in at the restaurant next door and got a chance to try out the service.Facilities: 8/10Customers service: 9/10Massage techniques : 8/10Therapist looks & personality: 9/10Service rate: 8/10Ambiance: 10/10Food / Complimentary snacks: they served iced tea, coffee, and cookies as complimentary at the lounge so you can enjoy anytime during your stay.Pros: it is located is the most crowded area of makati entertainment area with plenty of restaurants, bar so it wont be difficult for you to find a place to chillout with friends or grab your midnight dinner out there. Free parking slots for cars with parking attendants and security guards on site to make sure your vehicle is safe and feeling secure while enjoying relaxation time at the R wellness hubI love the heat of Saunas room, perfect Japanese standards in terms of facilities and temperatures good for 15 to 20 paxs at a time. The wet area is spacious with 5 individual shower carbins and 1 big carbin for family and friends, 1 hot pool, and 1 cool pool, steam room is spacious also.Massage bed is comfy indeed, and the massage room lighting and interior design is my preference for massage room.They only have a males therapist since this is an exclusive wellness hub for males.Cons: Hot onsen and cold onsen are not at the temperature as onsen standards pools temperatures like in Japan, and it needs to have frequency waters change every day. Im not confident in using their onsen pool on my visit. Hope the management will keep an eye on this regard.Last but not least, They accepted cash and gcash as a mode of payment, presently. There is still room for improvement since they are just newly operated. Anyhow, I will definitely go back.

The facilities and crowd are great and all, but I do wanna suggest adding just a little light, just deemed light were you can just barely see the face because its pitch black and people who have problem with eye sight will surely have difficulty, the meditation room and shower rooms are too dark. Additionally, i do recommend having your own site in which we can see the services, I had to look for some of the posts in your x account which i had to scroll down a lot. I didnt also know that the meditation room was for members only, there were no details in their post how to get it.

Spa is well-designed, peaceful and spacious, so perfect to unwind.Staff - Explains well and is pleasingTherapist - Loved how they asked about preferred pressure, ensuring a relaxing treatmentRecommended spa for a premium experience!No photos to upload but they also have a hot and cold pool. Looking forward on my next visit.
