I had my first checkup and session with them earlier. And I checked a bunch of places before deciding this is the 4th.I liked how the doctor was able to explain my condition(he’s the 3rd rehab Dr I saw) and feels nice enough to share my experience and condition. Cause I tore a few ligaments.The PT I got was Mads she was nice and gentle. I like how she explains what we will do and what it is for and gave me tips on excercises I can do at home.So I decided to get ther 12 session package. I just hope it was nearby but they’re worth it. Thanks and until next time.Oh and they even had my favorite brand of tea too(Basilur) Which is a surprise tbh. Has nothing to do with how I rated them but if I can do a 6/5 rating I would.

From the very 1st session I did with Project Rehab, I knew I would be a regular. Their service is top notch. I’ve been treated by 3 of their therapists and all have been great.They listen to your concerns and even teach you some tips/exercises to help problem areas…and all that is on top of the tune up work itself. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality and effectiveness of their service.The space is also very neat and functional, with a rehab area if needed.

As someone who is a self-proclaimed gymrat, my body tends to be very tense specially now that I recognize and feel which muscles work. With that being said, I’ve been in and out of PT clinics and spas because of injuries or said tense muscles.This is a rehab clinic that I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you want legit assessments on what is wrong with your body. From check ups, initial stretches, PT machines, recommendations what to do next, and more PT services. The staff are very accommodating and take patience on how you explain your issues.This will be a go-to for me from now on. 💯
