Ive had severe back pain for 3 years and Ive tried several treatments (deep tissue massage, ventosa, hilot, karada) but none have given long term relief and improvement until I started my sessions at Physiaré.After only a few sessions, I was able resume physical activities I used to enjoy. They also teach exercises so you know how to manage flare-ups at home.Huge thanks to all their physical therapists and staff for consistently providing excellent care and service!💪

My 6 sessions PT at PHYSIARÉ Sta. Rosa made my cervical spine /neck problem healed! It was so painful for weeks that I couldn’t sleep well and do my important daily routines.But after my consistent sessions, I’m back driving my kids to school again without any issues. I’m very happy that my mom life and yoga teaching on the side are all back! Thank you so much PHYSIARÉ for helping me and to the friendly therapists, JB & Darryl! Just finished my 9 sessions and there’s a big improvement to my severe back pain.I will definitely recommend this Physical Therapy to anyone who needs physical therapy and pain management and wellness. Kudos to all staff of Physiare Sta Rosa, they are all accommodating and kind. 😊

My ankle pain has greatly reduced from the first session even on the first session. Very calm and pleasing atmosphere. Therapists are nice and very accomodating on my queries.

I had been going to Physiare Sta Rosa since late 2023 because of my knee problem caused by prolonged standing (for work) that made it difficult to play Tennis.I stopped playing tennis for a while. Now, I can play 2x a week because of my sessions with them.Currently having both my calves treated to relieve tightness. Thanks to Sir JD and the rest of the team!
