PACE has been one of the buggiest supports in my healing journey since 2022. I’ve suffered from a severe clavicle fracture, ITB strains, quad pain, and back issues — and they’ve been there for me through it all. Thanks to their expert care, I’ve healed so well, and I know I can always count on PACE whenever I need them. Truly grateful! 🙏🏼🤍

I arrived to PACE with low back pain I had been carrying for long and had failed with other therapies.Since the first session I started feeling better, sometimes I would feel a bit sored the next day because of the training but that would mean feeling better the next few days.I love their approach, relieve the muscle pain and start working out to gain the right muscle tone.Good job team, on top of their good work they are a great human team 🧡

My happy place. Their facility is very clean and inviting that makes you focus on being healthy and well. Staff are all accommodating, very professional, and they walk their talk - everyone is in great form and you see them actually working out. They provide excellent personalized treatment for rehab, Prehab, and strength and conditioning. Can’t recommend enough!

I’ve been going to Pace since I was born 😁. That was 8 years ago. They’ve been with me through my toughest times and fixed me till I got up on my feet. I found them at the right time via Coach Ige Lopez …after I went PT hopping all over the Metro my baaaad. Nothing compares to Pace until today and probably in this lifetime. Pace’s holistic journey kept me strong and injury free. To be able to continue my day to day activities may it be athletic or functional at 54 yo and beyond.
