I had the misfortune of developing a frozen left shoulder. It was frozen to the extent I couldn’t wear my undergarments properly. There were certain movements that caused pain even if I was just sitting still. Luckily, my son knows Core Dynamics. He scheduled me to meet PT Trixie, who immediately checked me up and started treating my left shoulder. Just one session eased the terrible pain tremendously! She said I came just at the right time coz my frozen shoulder would’ve gotten much worse had I waited longer. In fact, my right shoulder was beginning to “freeze” as well. I was given home exercises to ensure that my muscles would be exercised properly.The clinic is located on the 6th floor of a simple looking building with a smart restroom. Smart because the lights only turn on when people step inside the restroom. Water comes out of the faucet when you step on “something” (sorry, I don’t know the term!) thus allowing free flow of water while washing hands thoroughly but immediately stops as soon as your foot steps off it.Setting an appointment is a MUST. Initial screening and info taking is handled prior to the first session so the PT is already aware of my issues prior to meeting me. Rates are also sent so there’s no “surprise element” on the date of the session. Appointments Vibered and emailed together with detailed instructions, which is a BIG HELP. There’s also a very clear description on how to get to the clinic.Expect to receive an emailed reminder of the appointment one day prior, too. All needed info prior to the session(s) are provided so if one misses his/her appointment or something else, then definitely, it’s not Core Dynamics’ fault.
