Endless hours hunched over documents wrecked my neck. Aim Progress and Recovery Physiotherapy Clinic got it. They understood the desk-bound grind, gave me targeted exercises, and the manual therapy was amazing. Now, I can focus on briefs, not back pain. Huge relief.

The therapists here are super friendly and professional! I felt very comfortable during my sessions and the therapists made sure to carefully guide me during each exercise/movement. they also made it a point to explain the benefits of each activity/treatment we were doing which I really appreciated. 😊 will definitely recommend this place to people who need physical therapy.+points for the nice playlists! 😁

12 sessions were completed in one month. I started my PT with two crutches and finished walking with no assistance needed. Physical therapists are professional and welcoming, and theyll make you feel comfortable throughout the sessions. I will definitely recommend it to others who need PT. Great service from professional licensed physical therapists. PTs are knowledgeable in what theyre doing and explains the benefits of procedures which gave me idea on why I need it. staff are also friendly and accommodating every time I visit. Thank you!!
