Pleasant experience here. Easy to book appointment (just call), very polite and nice staff - from receptionist, nurses, cashier, etc. Really clean and well maintained toilet, and above all, not a lot of people/patients. Building has Starbucks, Lawson, Watsons (and Mercury Drugs when you cross). Parking is the only difficulty, going via Grab is more ideal.

Ive had only wonderful experiences with this org. First, when getting x-rays pre- and post- total hip replacement in Sept-Oct 2024. The technician, Randy Geron RRT, was amazing, efficient, and kind, sending me timely emails and providing hard copies of my xrays... you can say thats his job, but Randy went beyond the expected and made me feel like a person, not just a patient.Then, in Feb. 2025, when I walked in (no appointment) with a broken finger I should have tended to a month prior, looking for the hand specialist, Dr. Manuel Pecson, sports medicine specialist, saw me between his other patients and reassured me that all I needed was a simple splint (he gave me a tongue depressor and bandaged it to my pinky, rather than assigning me the fancy one). No up-selling, just the x-ray followed by intelligent diagnosis and prognosis. Same thing when I saw him 3 weeks later, when I was worried at what appeared lack of progress, but he reassured me I could ditch the splint in a week and start exercising to prep for a golf grip. 😊Reception and payment staff were super efficient. Lovely waiting area, also.Thank you POI! Thanks to Bessie Ayco for referring me.

We had a very satisfying experience here in POI. My mom had her checkup under Dr. Sta. Ana and every process went smoothly. The staff and nurses were very warm and accommodating. 👍🏽

One of the best Orthopedic Clinic in ManilaOffering quality Doctors and a complete Clinic set-up. Staff are very acommodating and friendly. Their lounge is really comfortable for waiting patients. For easier transactiom, book your appointment via call prior check-up.

Therapist are really nice. Comparing them to st luke’s, i feel like they care more about patients in here. Only downsides are that building is old and no parking available. We need to park in Makati Med and get our LOA for HMO from there as well. But their schedules are nicely organized so once you go in on your time slot you wont wait longer than 5 mins.

Staff are very kind and accommodating. Dr. Leagogo is very good and had successfully operated the knee of my grandmother. 4 stars only because they dont have parking.

High-tech facility and highly-skilled doctors who will explain your case thoroughly. Kinda expensive, but justified. Appointment basis only, and if you have HMO, you have to coordinate with your provider for something like LOA approval first.
