I love their variety of services! HoliFit offers webinars for everything under holistic fitness (physical, mental, and emotional health), group fitness classes, and even one on one personal training. The coaches and speakers are also very hands on. -

Our company got Holifit for an ergonomics and wellness session (with Jose Villablanca) and a yoga class (with Jo Villablanca) and we had a great time!!! 💛 Both sessions were fun and we learned so much from these two amazing coaches! Really hope well have them again next time for our employee health & wellness program. Yay! -
