Bahay Aruga is a private house-turned-to-be pediatric cancer patients accommodation for those children undergoing chemotherapy at the nearby Philippine General Hospital. Since we decided to have a charity drive for the sick kids in Manila in the midst of the pandemic (November 2021), one of the charity institutions we contacted was the Bahay Aruga. Because of the COVID-19 strict protocols, we understood that were not allowed to see the children. In coordination with the staffs of Bahay Aruga, we smoothly dropped the donations then left immediately.

We visited last week and the social worker was so professional and polite. The purpose of visiting is to book a gift giving to children this Christmas and we are all excited to see them clapping and smiling.
