For IDP test takers, you can come to the venue (16th floor) from 7:45am onwards. If ever you arrive on the location early, you will not be allowed to go up, but you can stay at 7/11 located on ground floor. Bring 2 valid IDs (1st ID: you need to leave at the front desk so they can issue you an elevator key card, and 2nd ID (the one you uploaded online, usually your passport) for IDPs verification purposes).IDP office is on the right side and comfort room is found on the left wing of the building. As of today, (03/31/22) they no longer require face shield, but face mask is a must. Officers are wearing PPE and they follow strict covid-19 protocols. Staff are very accommodating, professional and they will guide you throughout the process.You may place your things inside the locker that they will provide, but note that the lockers do not have padlock/ built-in lock feature. There are CCTVs but they are under no obligation to look after your belongings. Note: IDP will send you important reminders few days before your exam. -

IDP has been very helpful in helping me getting admitted to postgraduate studies in Australia, and helping me get a student visa for me and my wife. They are the calm agency for the stressed client. As long as you are able to satisfy the requirements, you shouldnt expect problems. However, make sure you are also diligent in doing your own research and prep work.Points for improvement can be organization when interfacing with clients, comprehensiveness in providing information and updates, and a sense of urgency when coordinating with clients. -

My husband and I took the IELTS exam here and everything went really well. The staff was polite and accommodating with us.Good service is important when taking an exam like this one. Originally I was booked in other test center for my life skills test but 1 day before the test was cancelled by the test center for the reason that they need to disinfect the building which I do understand but still I am so disappointed. I spent money for my hotel and airfare just to take the test thats why it is really costly if I couldnt take the test. Luckily I tried my luck to call IDP if I can still booked the same date for my test, Thanks god that they are so quick to reply and very helpful and guide me on what should I do. and Im so grateful for that. Finally I successfully booked the test and just waiting for the results only. Thanks to the staff who accomodate me. It is really worth to spend time to write a review for this kind of service. Hi. I would definitely recommend IDP as your way of going studying abroad. Their counsellors are very approachable and knowledgeable enough to answer all your questions and doubts about studying abroad. I, myself is happy to have a counsellor who is responsible to her handled students well, and will be there to guide you in every steps and process you have to take for you to make your dream come true. :) -

They were a very big help with my student application to Canada. I was able to get my LOA in less than a month after I sent the requirements to them. My consultant also checked my study plan for my visa application. The best thing is that I dont have to pay them for consultation. Since they work directly with my selected school, I dont have to pay an application fee as well. -

Kudos to IDP-IELTS !!!I recently took and passed my IELTS test in IDP. It was a very pleasant experience I must say. The staff were very nice, accomodating and supportive. We strictly followed all protocols and the results came out OK. The timing of the result and parcel delivery is impeccable. -

My experience on idp, im very nervous before the speaking test exam, Because it was my first time to take, But when i start of speaking the examiner was very clear of voice and very nice and she is a filipino, She gave me a chance to answer the unexpected question, she is approachable even if the staff was very nice. I hope to pass this IELTS exam, To achieve my goal to work on canada for the future of my family, I recommend the other test takers to take their exam on IDP. God bless and Thank you... -

Customer service was responsive before my test, but the the full mock test from Macquire that youre supposed to get never worked for me, so I basically didnt get my moneys worth.The staff on-site was professional, no complaints there. Thanks, IDP! -
