    3am of Feb 9. My wife was admitted as she was about to give birth to our firstborn. Upon arrival to the hospital, the admission staff entertained as with haste and checked our documents prior to admission.After labor, we got transferred to the ward room as we have availed their Kabayan Package.The staff. The staff of PSHM are all courteous, assistive, and nice to talk with. All from the maintenance peeps to the nurses to the admission and billing personnel and up unto the doctors. All staff of this hospital are wonderful!The facilities. I gotta admit that the facilities are somehow outdated but as I walked through the hospital corridors, I noticed rooms being renovated so I believe that the management is doing their best to keep up the shape of the building.The rates. Honestly, giving birth these days really costs a lot so were really thankful that were able to avail discounts from our doctors ans from the hospital as well.The rooms. Well the only room that I was able to enter is the ward room as it is the only room available for us with the packge that weve availed. The rates of the ward room on our bill is 1,200 per night while the private room upon conversation with another patient companion is 1,400 pesos only.Overall, our 3 days stay with the hospital were really smooth because of the doctors and the staffs who are working their very best to give that topnotch quality service to their patients. With a few more updating on the facilities, this hospital is bound for greater things. Kudos to all the staff, nurses, and to our doctors Dra. Duanne So (Ob), Dr. J. Ong (Pedia), and Dr. Ferrer (Anesthesia). Maraming salamat po 😊

    I had the most wonderful experience at Perpetual Succor Hospital where I gave birth to my daughter on November 18, 2024. The care and attention I received were exceptional from the moment I walked in. The entire team of doctors, nurses, and midwives were professional, compassionate, and incredibly supportive throughout my stay. They made me feel comfortable and reassured during the entire process.I am deeply grateful for the dedication and kindness of the staff who made the birth of my daughter such a memorable and joyful event.     My mom and I visited Dr. Eljohn Yee for throat issues. From the moment we walked into the office, the staff (Ms. Rome and Ms. Dhess) was friendly and accomodating. Dr. Yee took the time to listen to our concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment options available. His approach was both professional and compassionate, which put us at ease.We also appreciated Dr. Yees clear communication and the way he answered all our questions without making us feel rushed.Also, his staff (Ms. Rome) assisted my mother in updating her PhilHealth which we truly appreciate so much. Lastly, if you are looking for an ENT who would truly care for his patients, Dr. Yee is recommended without reservation.

    My first ever experience here was great! The admin staff, particularly the chubby one, is really accommodating, charming, and helpful. Shoutout! Dra. Susana Villas - Obgyne is so gentle and kind. If I were to have a second child, I would want her to be my doctor. Highly recommended.

    I came to visit my relative who was confined to Perpetual Soccor. I was impressed to the building for being clean and the smile of every staff I encountered. I am so thankful to one of the staff and I believe her name is Rosalie From cashier’s dept. who helped and guide me for some stuff I need to be done for my relative. Her services to people was great and I like her being so kind and accommodating. Thank you so much. And thank you all staff and caring nurses. Good job everyone!

    My sister whos in mammography brought me in this hospital late at Night ( Dec. 26) I was suspected dengue that time. I would like to give my deeply appreciation to the Doctor and staffs duty at ER that time.They really monitored my health condition when Im in this institution.     This hospital saved my girlfriends life! Hopefully this review will save someones life!My girlfriend, which we will call M from this point on, had excruciating pain in here abdomen for about 2 weeks where she felt like she was dying some nights. She also experienced bleeding when it wasnt that time of the month, pelvic pain, dizziness, weakness, pain in her shoulder and neck - all the signs of an ectopic pregnancy. She tested positive for being pregnant. She was seen at a public clinic twice during the 2 week time frame and they performed ultrasounds both times, which were inconclusive of an ectopic pregnancy both times. During the third week, one night Ms pain was so bad she was forced to go to a public ER to be seen and they did nothing other than talk to her. The public hospital did nothing for the pain and sent her away.I was in Thailand during these 3 weeks and flew back the next day after Ms ER experience to take care of her. I knew nothing of Philippines medical system, private vs. public, but I learned quickly. I learned about Perpetual Succor Hospital, which Ill call PSH from this point on, through Google and the reviews (thats why Im here now to share our story). I figured it couldnt hurt to go and talk to them to see what they say. The first thing the doctor did was order a blood test for ectopic pregnancy, which came back positive. M and I had plans to go to Baguios public hospital with hopes of getting a free or cheaper surgery performed, but the doctor at PSH suggested against it and didnt even want M to leave the hospital from that moment. They wanted to perform the surgery that night. We agreed!After the surgery, we found out Ms fallopian tube burst and she had internal bleeding for who knows how long. She lost so much blood, she required a blood transfusion. Note: during our wait for her surgery in PSH, M felt dizzy and her skin was noticeably more pale, but we had no idea why. If M and I had stuck with our original plan and went to Baguio to get seen and save some pesos, she may not be here today. Thank you PSH for your incredible kindness and expeditious service that saved another life. FYI: all the staff at PSH are absolutely amazing too, from the security, the elevator operator, to the astounding nurses. Many blessings to all of you and your families!

    Forget about the facilities, the facilities are good in my opinion . The doctors, nurses, and staff here are the real deal. At first I was a bit skeptical when the Institution was reffered to us, For it was the Nearest healthcare Institution around that time. We came in for urgent care and it was, undoubtedly, goven to us. I personally do not look for the hospitality of said places, I always look for the urgency, quality, and accuracy of the healthcare together with the facilitys treatment for their patients and other parties involved. It is now my first go-to hospitals on my list whenever needed upon the situation on nearby locations. Great job, worth more than whats paid.

    What an exquisite performance to all allied health professionals. I absolutely salute this hospital for having Doctors, Radtechs,Nurses, Medtechs, Pharmacysts, etc. who are patient-centered and most especially for having a hospital administrator who shows sympathy to everyone. Hes one of a kindhearted administrator whom you can count on. To top it all, all the people who formed the team of Perpetual Succor Hospital and Maternity Inc are very much respected , likewise for being nice in doing the best among their best ability to render service to their clients without any mental reservation.     Perpetual Succor Hospital & Maternity Inc is tried and tested. I was born here as well as my siblings. Now that i have my own child, i chose to go here for emergencies and check ups because i know that my child will be taken care of. And my child’s pedia, Doctor Sonia Buenaventura, was our pedia when we were babies :) Also all the staffs are friendly and easy to talk to.

    What i would say in Perpetual is that the Nurses doctors and staff here are very accomodating as in aasikasuhin ka agad. They will not ask for any dwn payment. The services offered are very good. Kudos to all the staff and admin.. And to my OB Dra. Villas thanku so much. Godbless u all.

    Compared to Perpetual Succor (PSHM) several year ago, the hospital has gone a long way. Renovations and upgrade of facilities had been made, and there are still on-going and future renovations to be done, to be able to serve patients even better. Uncomplicated cases bills are low. It is understandable that in complicated cases, special procedures and medications could add up to your bill, not to mention the professional fees of consultants. As the saying goes, you could not please everybody buthaving two ISO Accreditation to its name is something to reckon with.I proudly say that PSHM deserves 5 STARS!

    The best at Perpetual Succour Hospital is the kindness of the Doctors, Nurses, staff, admitting section, ER, Record, Billing Philhealth EVERYONE is almost kind. My son was admitted. I salute you.
