Lifecare has been a life saver for me and my Aunt. She has dementia and hasn’t been doing well living on her own in NY. She was in a nursing home and was neglected because she is still able to ambulate on her own that one day she fell and called me and her other friend on the phone because nobody came to check on her and help her get up. I then decided it’s time to find her a good facility back home. I searched google and saw Lifecare and made a call, Alma picked up the call Saturday PH time and I was able to let her know my plight and she was very helpful in coordinating with her staff and all of them were easy to communicate with. I was able to bring my Aunt to the facility less than a week from when we started to communicate. Lifecare in Morong Rizal is very nice and homey with their own mini garden that the residents can plant some vegetables. They also have a koi pond that they go to feed the fishes. The staff is very welcoming and helpful, they really care for the residents like their own family. Alma and Myla are so helpful with the transition of my aunt living in the facility. My aunt said she does not know how to do gardening and I was so happy when Myla sent me this picture. I’m definitely recommending Lifecare to my friends here in the US that’s looking for a retirement facility for themselves or their loved ones. -

Extremely grateful to have found LifeCare. Big big thanks to the administrators Alma and Myla as they were easy to talk to and answered all my inquiries about the facility and how effortless my loved one would be welcomed. The staff, nurses, and caregivers are committed and consistent with communication and my involvement in care decisions. They exhibited dedication, respect, and genuine care for the residents. The facility is clean and well maintained with a clean safe and comfortable environment. The property also had a cozy and beautiful resort with bungalows complete with pool and events for accommodations and convenience for visiting families.Upon arrival, the extremely heartfelt welcome the staff provided left me overwhelmed with emotion and comfort knowing my loved one would be well taken care of in his new home.I highly recommend LifeCare in Rizal for any one in need of long term senior care. Cannot thank Alma and Myla enough for the exceptional level of compassion and professionalism. -

From the first call with Alma & Myla, I knew they were caring, professional and dedicated to providing the best for our elderly. They reminded me of all the Philippine women in my life: my Lola, Titas, Mom and some teachers. They were strong, educated and nurturing all at the same time.I found Lifecare.ph via Google. At the time, I had already spoken with another care provider but I wasn’t convinced they were right for me or my mom. So, I searched for elderly care in the Philippines and the Lifecare.ph website popped up. I was impressed. It was well done and offered much information including detailed biographies on Alma & Myla and a detailed list of the services they offer. I figured I should at least try to contact them.My mom lived in Stockton, CA. She lived in an assisted living facility that just did the bare minimum and took as much money as they could from her. It was a sad state for all of us. The employees hated their jobs and I could tell, from the way most of them spoke to the residents, all they wanted was their paycheck. There was a rare exception, who actually cared about the residents, but greedy owners limited their ability to help people; doing anything outside their regulations was strictly prohibited. It meant they could not be human. Also, my mom had been asking to move back to the Philippines for a long time. Finally, the Philippines canceled their covid quarantine requirement for inbound travelers and we headed for Lifecare. It was a long flight, with a stop in Tokyo. At NAIA, Alma greeted us with a smile, a hug and an air-conditioned van (much needed). We stopped for lunch on the way to Lifecare to get to know each other more and rest after a long journey. When we arrived at Lifecare, in Morong, we were greeted with many, many smiles. One of the caregivers helped my mom to her room and helped her cool down and relax by scratching her back. No one does that in the States, except maybe a relative after you bribe them with money or a free meal. Seriously, it was an outpouring of love and affection for my mom and I.After a couple of days and nights, without asking, my mom told me she liked the place. “The people are good and the food is good.” Two highly important things for my mom.Alma & Maya arranged for a doctor visit and Nurse Cesar sent me a report on their findings. They also updated me on the doctor’s desire to cut down on some of her medications. Alma explained to me that many patients, who come from the states, are overmedicated. That was music to my ears. The less my mom has to intake, the better. So, they feed my mom well (diabetic diet) and also run errands for her should she need something outside Lifecare. On top of all that, this wonderful home is located in the beautiful province of Rizal. You can see Laguna Lake from its doors. There are delicious restaurants nearby and it is safe and quiet.Thank you, Alma & Myla for building such a wonderful place.
